Audrey Nelson is an associate in the Corporate practice at Paul Hastings in Paris. Ms. Nelson’s practice focuses on restructuring.

Ms. Nelson graduated with a Master’s degree in Business Law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas, in 2007 and a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property / Internet and Multimedia Law in 2008. She also holds a post-graduate degree in Restructuring from University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.
