Charlotte Pennec is an associate in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings. She focuses her practice on Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity.

Ms. Pennec graduated with a Master’s degree in Business Law from the University of Paris II – Panthéon Assas (2006) and a postgraduate degree in Business and Tax Law (2007). She also holds a Master in Business Administration from the ESSEC Business School (2010).

Ms. Pennec is admitted to the Paris bar and is fluent in French and English.
